Welcome to GamesAdv. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GamesAdv platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Century Ventures Capital Sdn Bhd ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Client" refers to the business, brand, or agency that purchases a subscription to create and run campaigns on GamesAdv.
• "User" or "Participant" refers to the end-user who plays the games or interacts with the campaigns created by the Client.
• "Platform" refers to the GamesAdv software-as-a-service solution.

2. Account & Registration

To use GamesAdv as a Client, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host campaigns involving illegal gambling, adult content, or illegal substances.
• Collect sensitive personal data (e.g., credit card numbers, IC numbers) without proper security and legal basis.
• Manipulate game results or defraud Users.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the GamesAdv source code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: GamesAdv, including its code, graphics, and game mechanics, is the exclusive property of Century Ventures Capital Sdn Bhd.

Your IP: You retain ownership of all materials you upload (logos, images, text) to the Platform. You grant us a license to host and display these materials solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamesAdv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We act as a technology provider and are not responsible for the fulfillment of prizes or rewards promised by Clients to Users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
